Ie Kat's 2006 zone 3 is approx from 162 to 172 depending
how she is feeling on any given ski striding training day
• Remember these are only guidelines but it does give
us some starting heart rates for the fall ski
striding workouts.
• Chances are your max heart rate is still another 3-5
percent higher than the highest HR you acheived in the
test. We can use this HR instead as an upper
zone 4 number. We will see for sure during some
max intensity sessions later in the fall!!
